Tibetan Buddhist Monks canceled at Bethany College

Due to the winter weather, the Tibetan Buddhist monks from Drepung Loseling Monastery appearance scheduled for February 8-11 at Bethany College has been canceled.

Bethany College Students Selected for Top Internships in Washington, D.C.

Three Bethany College political science majors are turning classroom knowledge into real-world experience by working with key governmental and professional sites in Washington, D.C, during the spring semester. The internships, organized through The Washington Center for Internships and Academic Seminars, were designed to provide Bethany participants with hands-on, professional skills in their areas of interest as they interact with issues ranging from employee litigation to political representation to drug control policy.

Bethany College Zeta Tau Alpha Sisters Assemble Help for Haiti

More than 30 Bethany women assembled health aid kits for victims of Haiti’s recent earthquake at a meeting organized by the College’s sisters of Zeta Tau Alpha Sorority. Upperclass sorority and first-year students participated in the community service project, held on January 30 in Renner Too at Phillips Hall on Bethany’s campus.
